This privately run Bed & Breakfast accommodation is located in a quiet rural setting in Fanusa, which is situated approximately 10km outside of Siracusa and Ortigia. The house is set in a large lemon grove and is conveniently positioned for the beach resorts of Fanusa and Arenella. The accommodation offers five, comfortable bed & breakfast rooms that each have their own independent entrance and an independent self catering property. All of the rooms are equipped with TV and air-conditioning and have their own private bathrooms. There is also a small outside kitchen area that is available to guests to use.

Aquarius
This is a twin room located on the ground floor. The room has an original sicilian bamboo ceiling and has been furnished with two ¾ beds, bedside tables, wardrobe and storage unit, TV and air-conditioning. Own independent access and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, bidet, sink and toilet.
Violet
This is double room located on the ground floor. It has been furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, small desk and includes a range of contemporary paintings. This room also includes air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Entrance to the property leads into a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge/diner has been furnished with a sofa, a table and chairs, an array of decorative wooden furniture and a ceiling fan. The kitchen area has been fitted with a four ring hob, table top oven, fridge/freezer, double sink unit and various storage cupboards. There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and sink. A staircase from the lounge leads up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and air-conditioning/heating. The bathroom has been fitted with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The property also includes a private terrace furnished with table and chairs.

The property offers a shaded outside dining area that is used for breakfast and a large patio all surrounded by three acres of lemon groves. There is also a small outside kitchenette facility that can be used by guests to prepare other meals.

The weekly pricing shown in the table is below is based on two guests sharing a double room on a bed and breakfast basis during Off Peak, Mid Season 1 and Peak. The weekly price for this room type during Mid Season 2 is £610 per week.
The nightly rate for two guests sharing a double room on a bed and breakfast basis is £58 / €65 per night (Off Peak), £62 / €70 per night (Mid Season 1), £66 / €75 per night (Mid Season 2) and £74 / €85 per night (Peak).
The weekly price for two guests sharing Casina Rosa is £435 / €500 per week, £525/ €600 per week (Mid 1) and £610 / €700 per week (Mid 2 and Peak).

Sites of interest within Siracusa include the ancient Greek Theatre, where performances are still staged during May & June and which forms part of a larger archeological park. The archeological museum has one of the best displays of archeological remains in Sicily. The old cathedral located in the heart of Ortigia date from 1728, but includes 8th century Norman artifacts.
Siracusa also offers beaches which are generally located to the south of the city and include the resorts of Arenella, Fontane Bianche and the protected coastline of Vendicari.
Further afield from Siracusa, but within easy driving distance are the Baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Ispica and Ragusa Ibla. The popular resorts of Taormina, Giardini Naxos and Letojanni are located north of Catania, whilst the imposing form of Mount Etna is easily visible from Siracusa and offers numerous opportunities for excursions.
