The building is located in a small side-road within the town of Taormina. The front door leads to an internal staircase. Entrance to the apartment leads directly into the lounge which has been furnished with two sofas (1 sofa bed), a table and chairs, satellite television and includes parquet flooring and air-conditioning.
The double bedroom has been furnished with a cast-iron double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and includes parquet flooring and air-conditioning.
The bathroom has been fitted with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
There is a small kitchenette fitted with oven and hob, fridge/freezer and sink unit.

When taken with the sister apartment (Arancio) which is located on the floor above, the two apartments can accommodate up to six guests. A parking pass is available on request at a cost of €20 per week (payable locally).

The town of Taormina has numerous shops, bars and restaurants many centered on Corso Umberto which is a two minute walk from the apartment. There is also an ancient Greek Theatre where live concerts are often performed during the peak summer months. The coastal area of Taormina Mare has many public and private beaches including Mazzaro Bay where the cable car station is located, Isola Bella, which is a protected island and the beach resorts of Giardini-Naxos and Letojanni.
Taormina is one of the most popular destinations in Sicily and has a large number of bars, restaurants and residential properties all within close proximity to each other. Accommodation in this area may therefore be subjected to noise levels associated with town dwellings.
Catania airport is approximately 45 mins drive away. Mount Etna which dominates the view in Taormina is within easy driving distance. Siracusa with its important historical sites is just under 2 hours drive away. A regular ferry and hydrofoil service runs to the Aeolian Islands from Milazzo.
