This farmhouse is positioned overlooking the coast and offers wonderful sea views. It is located near the picturesque fishing village of Scopello within the Province of Trapani. The nearest beach is 500m away, whilst Trapani and Palermo airports are both under 50km away.

The farmhouse has an enviable position overlooking the beautiful coastline of this part of Trapani Province which is famous for its clear water and picturesque bays.
The farmhouse offers a total of 10 rooms all of which include traditional furnishings and include an ensuite bathroom with shower, telephone, hairdryer, air-conditioning, satellite television and mini-bar. The rooms are cleaned every day and the sheets and towels are changed every other day.
The restaurant features typical Sicilian dishes utilising the fresh produce of the farm and offers an outside ‘al fresco’ dining area which includes views of the sea and coastline. The farmhouse also offers a bar, a small shop selling farm produce, a small swimming pool with hydro-massage area (open 30 April – 30 Oct subject to weather), table-tennis, children’s games, fitness equipment, and mountain bikes.

The weekly pricing shown in the table below is based on two guests sharing a double room on a bed and breakfast basis during Off Peak, Mid Season 1 and Peak periods.
The nightly cost for two guests sharing a double room on a bed and breakfast basis is £96 / €110 per night (Off Peak) or £106 / €120 per night (Mid Season 1), £114 / €130 per night (Mid Season 2) and £122 / €140 per night (Peak).
The nightly cost for three guests sharing a triple room on a bed and breakfast basis is £132 / €152 per night (Off Peak) or £142 / €162 per night (Mid Season 1), £150 / €172 per night (Mid Season 2) and £160 / €182 per night (Peak).
The supplement for half board is £39 / €44 per person, per night, whilst the supplement for full board is £78 / €88 per person, per night. These prices do not include drinks.
Children 0-2 stay free of charge. The farmhouse has one cot for guests to use (subject to availability).

Trapani Province is situated on the West coast of Sicily and the closest International airports are located near Trapani and Palermo.
The small fishing village of Scopello dates from around the 13th Century and is centred around a small Piazza that offers numerous cafes and restaurants. Just outside the village there is the Tonnara di Scopello a now wonderfully preserved example of a traditional Sicilian tuna factory which is now open for visitors. It is approximately 10 mins walk to Scopello.
The area is famous for the clear blue water and there are a number of picturesque bays along the coastline where swimming and diving are possible. The farmhouse is also within walking distance of the Faraglioni di Scopello, a series of large rocks set in the sea and the southern entrance to the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
There are numerous other sites of interest within the province including San Vito lo Capo 10km (beach resort), the historical, medieval hilltown of Erice 15km and the temples of Segesta 15km and Selinute. There is also a ferry service from Trapani to the Egadi Islands.
