This elegant villa is located on the North East Coast of Sicily and boasts a fantastic sea view with the Aeolian Islands as a backdrop. The villa is split into two - the main part offers a large lounge, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The smaller part of the villa offers a lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Catania airport is approximately 90 minutes drive from the villa whilst Palermo airport is a little over two hours.

A driveway leads through the garden to the villa itself and the parking area. The villa has been furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout.
Main Villa
The main entrance leads directly into a large lounge which has been separated into two areas. The first area has been furnished with two armchairs, two sofas, a chest of drawers and has been equipped with satellite television. The second area has been furnished with a dining table and chairs. Large patio doors lead out to the terrace which overlooks the sea.
The ground floor bathroom has been fitted with a shower, sink, bidet and a toilet.
A door from the dining area leads to the kitchen which has been fitted with various floor and wall storage units, a marble work top, an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, a double sink unit, extractor fan, microwave and a kettle. A kitchen window provides views of the garden.
A staircase from the lounge leads up to the first floor where the bedrooms and a second bathroom are located.
Bedroom one - has been furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers and a bedside unit. Glass doors leads out to a balcony which overlooks the sea.
Bedroom two - has been furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, bedside unit and a wicker sofa. A glass door leads out onto the balcony (shared with the first bedroom).
Bedroom three - has been furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a small wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. The bedroom window overlooks the rear garden.
All three bedrooms have a slightly sloping roof.
The bathroom on this floor has been fitted with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

The annex is situated immediately adjacent to the main villa but has its own independent access. The main entrance leads directly into a lounge kitchen/diner which has been separated into two areas. The kitchen occupies one area and has been fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, a fridge/freezer, kettle and a washing machine. The lounge- dining area has been furnished with a table and chairs, a sofa and has been equipped with a television. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace to the rear of the property which offers stunning sea views.
A staircase from the lounge leads to the first floor and the bedrooms.
The first bedroom has been furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and wicker chairs. A glass door provides access to the balcony which offers sea views.
The second bedroom has been furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The window in this room overlooks the garden.
The bathroom has been fitted with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet and includes a skylight window.

A large terrace runs across the back of the property to which both the main villa and the annex have access. The entire terrace offers stunning views of the sea including the Aeolian Islands and has been furnished with a table and chairs, sun-loungers and also offers a barbeque. The rest of the garden has several lawn areas and otherwise has been planted with mature trees and palms. Just 50 metres from the property there is a long stretch of sandy beach.
To the rear of the property (approx. 100m) there is a train line. This service only operates during daytime hours (approx once an hour) with very few carriages.

The weekly pricing shown in the table below is based on up to 10 guests sharing during Off Peak, Mid Season and Peak.
In addition to the rental price quoted in the table below, a weekly supplement of £20 / €22 per person is also payable (utility supplement).
A cot is available on request.

The villa has a wonderful position, overlooking both the Tyrrhenian Sea and a beach on the North East Coast of Sicily. The property is located on the outskirts of San Giorgio di Gioiosa Marea, a village within the Province of Messina and within 15km from the coastal resort of Capo d’Orlando. A large stretch of sandy beach is located next to the property, whilst there are a number of shops, supermarkets and restaurants approximately 1km away.
Day trips to the Aeolian Islands are easily undertaken using the fast hydrofoil service that departs from the port town of Milazzo. Also within close proximity of the villa are the town of Tindari, which offers a Greek theatre and 18th century cathedral, the Roman Villas at Patti and Terme Vigliatore and the nature reserve and lakes of Marinello. The popular beach resort of Cefalu’ and Taormina are both within easy driving distance.
