This period fisherman’s house has been completed renovated to offer two self catering apartments. The property is situated within close proximity of the sea in the beach resort of Sampieri, within the Province of Ragusa. This apartment is located on the first floor and includes a lounge/kitchen with sofa bed, a small bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom. Catania airport is approximately 2 hours drive away.

The property has been beautifully renovated maintaining many of the original features of the building, including the local Comiso stone that was used in the original construction and terracotta floor tiles.
The main entrance from the street leads into a small communal hall area. From the hall stone steps provide access to the first floor.
The front door to the apartment leads directly into the lounge area which has been furnished with a double sofa bed, a table and chairs and also offers a television, ceiling fan and air-conditioning unit. The kitchen area has been fitted with an oven and hob, a sink unit, fridge-freezer, microwave and various storage cupboards. A door from the kitchen leads out to a small terrace.
The bathroom has partly exposed stone walls and has been equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, toilet and a washing machine.
The bedroom which is accessed from the lounge has been furnished with bunks beds and a small chest of drawers. This room offers a sky-light and an air-conditioning unit.

The apartment offers a small terrace, whilst the building is located in a small quiet street and is approximately 25m from the sea. This stretch of coast offers both sandy beaches and rocks.
