Villa Limoneto has been recently refurbished to a high standard and comprises of a lounge, kitchen-diner, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a shaded veranda and garden. The villa is located within easy walking distance of the sandy beaches, shops and restaurants of Noto Marina, whilst the Baroque town of Noto is 8km away. The airport at Catania is approximately 90 minutes drive away.

The villa has a quiet location in a private road which provides access to a small number of villas. However, the main road into Noto Marina is only a short walk away and all of the amenities available in the resort are within easy walking distance.
The villa has a large gate which provides access to the building and the garden, which is mostly planted with a large selection of fruit tress. The front door to the villa leads directly into a lounge area which has been furnished with a sofa and an occasional chair and is also equipped with a satellite television, dvd player, stereo and a wood burning heater for Winter months.
From the lounge there is access to the rest of the villa. The first bedroom has been furnished with a double bed, a further single bed, bedside tables and storage for clothes. The second bedroom has been furnished with a double bed, bedside table and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have been fitted with air-conditioning units and all of the windows have mosquito nets.
The villa has two bathrooms, both of which have been equipped with showers, sinks, bidets and toilets.
The lounge also provides access to the attractive, modern kitchen, which has been furnished with a kitchen table and chairs, various wall storage units and has been equipped with a four-ring gas hob, microwave oven, double sink unit, fridge-freezer, coffee peculator and a toaster. French windows from the kitchen provide access to an outside covered veranda where meals can be taken ‘al fresco’ and which also offers a barbeque.
The villa has also been equipped with an iron, ironing board and a washing machine.

The property is accessed via private gates and has a small driveway to the side of the property. In addition to the covered veranda, the villa has a large garden, although it has almost entirely been planted with numerous fruit trees that guests are free to utilise.

The weekly pricing shown in the table below is quoted for Off Peak, Mid Season 1 and Peak periods.
The cost of the villa during the other periods of the year is as follows:
Mid Season 2: £610 / €700 per week,
Mid Season 3: £800 / €920 per week
Mid Season 4: £1045 / €1200 per week
Please be aware that electricity is charged according to usage and is payable locally at the end of your stay. The cost of a final clean at €50 is also payable locally at the end of your stay.

This villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within the resort of Noto Marina. The resort offers a large stretch of public sandy beach, which is within walking distance of the villa as well as a private Lido beach, where guests can pay for use of a sun-bed, umbrella etc on a daily basis. The resort also offers several restaurants, mini-markets and coffee bars.
The town of Noto is approximately 8km away and in addition to the numerous examples of Baroque architecture, for which the town is famous, there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets located in the town centre. Other sites of interest include the Mosaics of the ancient Villa Romana del Tellaro and the protected Nature Reserve at Vendicari, which offers several kilometres of undeveloped sandy beach.
Slightly further away, but within easy driving distance of the villa is the Provincial capital of Siracusa, which offers a large archaeological park complete with Greek Theatre, as well as the historical old quarter called Ortigia. The other Baroque towns of Modica, Ispica, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli are also within easy driving distance and as a group form part of a United Nations World Heritage site. The international airport at Catania is approximately 90 minutes drive away.
