This 4 star Hotel has been created from the painstaking renovation of a 19th century Sicilian Masseria and it has an elevated, rural location overlooking the coastline and surrounding countryside of Noto. The Hotel offers 24 rooms, whilst other facilities include a restaurant with an ‘al fresco’ dining terrace, breakfast room, private parking and a swimming pool. Siracusa and Catania airport are 30 and 90 minutes drive away respectively.

Situated overlooking the protected coastline and sandy beaches of Vendicari, the Hotel offers a breakfast room that has been renovated from the farm’s original olive oil pressing room. In the warmer months of the year, it is also possible to take breakfast on an outside terrace.
Other communal areas include a restaurant, which offers traditional Sicilian cuisine either inside, or on a large terrace which overlooks the surrounding countryside. The Hotel is characterised by a picturesque internal courtyard which provides the location for evening entertainment.
The swimming pool is located at the rear of the Hotel and offers sun-loungers, an outside shower and more views of the surrounding countryside.
The Hotel has been renovated using traditional Sicilian materials and techniques, including white stone, wooden ceilings and ceramic tiles from Caltagirone.
There hotel offers double, triple and family rooms, all of which have been fitted with air conditioning, telephone, satellite television, mini-bar, safety deposit box and hairdryer. The ensuite bathrooms have been fitted with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
The superior double rooms offer wrought iron four-poster beds. In addition there are four double rooms which offer a private balcony and sea view, whilst most of the other rooms offer a view of the internal courtyard.
The standard family room offers a hall/lounge area with sofa bed (bunk bed) and a double bedroom whilst the family room with garden offers a lounge area with sofa bed and double bedroom on a mezzanine level.
With its rural location, the Hotel offers numerous opportunities for walking, including the protected coastline of Vendicari which is a little over a kilometre away. Additionally the Hotel has bicycles available for guests to use, or alternatively it is possible to hire a mini-bus service to visit Noto, Siracusa or other nearby attractions.

The weekly pricing shown in the table below is based on two guests sharing a standard double room on a bed and breakfast basis in (Off Peak) and (Mid Season 3) and a half board basis (Peak). The weekly price for this room during other periods is £560 (Mid Season 1), £616 (Mid Season 2), £784 (Mid Season 4) and £994 (Mid Season 5).

The Hotel is situated approximately 2km from the sandy beaches of Lido di Noto and the protected coastline of Vendicari and 8km from Noto town centre, which is famous for its Baroque architecture and offers numerous historical sites. There are also a large number of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets located in the town centre.
Slightly further away, but within easy driving distance of the hotel is the Provincial capital of Siracusa, which offers a large archaeological park complete with Greek Theatre, as well as the historical old quarter called Ortigia. The other Baroque towns of Modica, Ispica, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli are also within easy driving distance and as a group form part of a United Nations World Heritage site. The international airport at Catania is approximately 90 minutes drive away.
