The hotel is situated 8km from Taormina itself, whilst Catania airport is approximately one hour’s drive away. The hotel offers 122 rooms, whilst guest amenities include two swimming pools, a restaurant, American bar, piano bar and a health & beauty centre.

The hotel has been newly refurbished and decorated throughout in a traditional and elegant style. The hotel has been divided into two parts: “Baia Taormina Classic” which offers the standard and deluxe rooms and “Baia Taormina Grand Palace” which offers the executive rooms and Junior Suites.
All of the rooms have been furnished in a traditional Sicilian style and offer a mini-bar, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, satellite television and air-conditioning
The classic double rooms include a balcony and sea view whilst the deluxe double rooms include a terrace and sea view.
The executive rooms and Junior Suites offer a higher level of furnishings and also include Plasma flat-screen TV, dvd/cd. The executive rooms also include a hydro-massage shower and a terrace with sea view whilst the Junior Suites offer a larger room with hydromassage bath and a large terrace with sea view.
The hotel has two swimming pools, one offering fresh water and the other sea water, whilst there is also a health & beauty centre that offers a sauna, turkish bath, massage and other therapies. The hotel also offers a fully equipped gym.
The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the nearby beach (100m) which is equipped with sun-loungers, sun umbrellas, towels and a snack bar.
Other guest facilities include the ‘Solemoro’ restaurant, which offers both local and international cuisine, ‘La Terrazza’, which provides a wonderful location overlooking the Bay for drinks and snacks, an ‘American Bar’ and a piano bar.
Off site activities which the hotel will happily arrange for guests include various water sports including, sub-aqua diving, water-skiing and wind-surfing. Other sporting activities include golf at the ‘Picciolo Golf club on the slopes of Etna and tennis. The hotel also provides a courtesy shuttle bus to take guests the short drive to Taormina town centre (up to midnight).

The weekly pricing shown in the table below is based on two guests sharing a classic double room on bed and breakfast basis in Off Peak, Mid Season and Peak. The weekly cost during Mid Season II is £1260 / €1442.
The nightly rate for two guests sharing the classic double room is £122 / €140 (Off Peak), £164 / €188 (Mid I), £180 / €206 (Mid II) and £200 / €230 (Peak) on a bed and breakfast basis.
The price for two guests sharing a deluxe double room is £148 / €168 per night (Off Peak), £190 / €218 per night (Mid I), £208 / €238 (Mid II) and £264 / €275 per night (Peak) on a bed and breakfast basis.
The price for two guests sharing an executive double room is £164 / €188 per night (Off Peak), £208 / €238 per night (Mid I), £234 / €268 per night (Mid II) and £244 / €280 per night (Peak) on a bed and breakfast basis.
The price for two guests sharing a junior suite is £208 / €238 per night (Off Peak), £252 / €288 per night (Mid I) £284 / €325 per night (Mid II) and £300 / €344 per night (Peak) on a bed and breakfast basis.
Pricing for single usage, the Business Suite and Presidential Suite is available on request.
The supplement for half board is £26 / €29 per person, per night whilst full board is £51 / €58 per person, per night.
Children aged 0-3 are entitled to stay free of charge (cots can be provided at no additional cost) whilst children aged 4-12 are entitled to a 50% discount from the per person rate.
A third bed for children over 12 or adults is also available at a discounted rate of 20% from the per person rate.
Special offers – stay 7 nights, pay for 6 nights, or stay 14 nights, pay for 12.
For honeymoon bookings a complimentary bottle of Sicilian sparking wine (spumante) and a fruit basket are provided.

The hotel is situated over-looking the Bay of Taormina, approximately 8km from the town itself. The town of Taormina has numerous shops, bars and restaurants many centered on Corso Umberto. There is also an ancient Greek Theatre where live concerts are often performed during the peak summer months. The coastal area of Taormina Mare has many public and private beaches including Mazzaro Bay where a cable car station is located, ‘Isola Bella’, which is a protected island and the beach resorts of Giardini-Naxos and Letojanni.
