This baglio is set amongst 40 hectares of estate and vineyards which still produces wine. The accommodation is situated on a promontory overlooking the Vallone valley, to the North-east of Menfi and within the Province of Agrigento. The airport at Palermo is just under 2 hours drive away. The baglio has 4 double rooms, 4 triple rooms, 3 quadruple rooms and 2 suites, a restaurant, communal lounge and large grounds.

The baglio has been furnished and decorated throughout in traditional Sicilian “art povera” style. There are 4 double rooms, 4 triple rooms, 3 quadruple rooms 2 suites.
The rooms are fitted with television, telephone, hairdryer and air-conditioning. All rooms include a private bathroom fitted with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
The two suites are made up of a double bedroom, lounge with double sofa bed. A further additional bed can be provided in one of the Suites whilst the other suite includes a hydro-massage shower.
Sheets and towels are changed every three days.
The triple rooms can also be set up with 3 single beds.
One of the suites offers 1 double bed and 2 single beds whilst the other offers 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
The suites include a terrace that offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, whilst the rooms either overlook the countryside or the internal courtyard.
The restaurant at the baglio has been created in the old wine cellar. In fact there is still a 17th century millstone which was used to crush the grapes.
The baglio has a large wine cellar which is located within the grounds. Guided visits and wine tasting can be organised on request. There is also a billiard table for guests to use.

The nightly rate for two guests sharing a double room is £76/ €87 per night (Off Peak), £88 / €101 per night Mid Season and £102 / €117 per night (Peak) on a bed and breakfast basis
The price for three guests sharing a triple room is £98 / €111 per night (Off Peak), £110 / €127 per night (Mid Season) and £126 / €143 per night (Peak) on a bed and breakfast basis.
The price for four guests sharing a quadruple room is £126 / €143 per night (Off Peak), £140 / €159 per night (Mid Season) and £162 / €185 per night (Peak) on a bed and breakfast basis.
The price for up to three guests sharing a suite is £138 / €159 per night (Off Peak) £158 / €180 per night (Mid Season) and £180 / €206 per night (Peak) on a bed and breakfast basis.

Children 0-3 are entitled to stay free of charge whilst children over 3-10 years old are entitled to a 30% discount from the per person rate.

The baglio is situated on a promontory overlooking the Vallone valley, which features the San Vincenzo river. The town of Menfi is approximately 5km away and offers several` restaurants and shops. Other places of interest within close proximity of the baglio include the Spa town of Sciacca (10km), the Valley of the Temples at Agrigento (50km), the mediaeval town of Erice (70km), Marsala, famous for the production of desert wine and the historical sites of Segesta (40km) and Selinute. The closest airport to the baglio is Palermo which is approximately 100km whilst Catania airport is approximately 300km away.
