The hotel has 91 rooms in total split between the following types:
Superior double rooms, which offer a king size bed or twin beds, a large sitting area, small balcony overlooking the garden and pool, large bathroom equipped with double wash basin, bath, separate shower with rainforest effect, a toilet and bidet.
Grand Superior double rooms offering a king size bed or twin beds, a large sitting area, a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool, a large bathroom equipped with double wash basins, bath, separate walk in shower with rainforest effect, a toilet and bidet.
Deluxe double rooms which offer a king size bed or twin beds, a large sitting area, a small balcony overlooking the picturesque landscaped parkland, a bathroom equipped with double wash basins, a bath and separate walk-in shower with rainforest effect, a toilet and bidet.
‘Jacuzzi’ Junior Suites offering a Queen size bed, a large sitting area, a large terrace with jacuzzi overlooking the picturesque landscaped parkland, a bathroom equipped with double wash basins, bath separate walk in shower with rainforsest effect, a toilet and bidet.
‘Campagna’ Suites offer a bedroom with Queen size bed, a sitting room, walk-in closet, 2 small balconies overlooking the picturesque landscaped parkland, a bathroom equipped with double wash basins, a bath and separate shower with rainforest effect, a toilet and bidet as well as a further guest toilet.
Corner Suite
This Suite is 67m² including the terrace of 3m². Views are of the pool and the fountains of the internal gardens. The suite comprises of a hallway, comfortable lounge area which is divided by a desk, a double bed and private bathroom with double wash basins, bath, shower area, bidet and toilet.
Grand Corner Suites offer a living room, a bedroom with king size bed, a large terrace with jacuzzi overlooking the garden and pool, two bathrooms, one fitted with a shower and the other with a double wash basin, bath, separate shower with rainforest effect, bidet and toilet.
Penthouse Suites offer a living room, three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), an enormous terrace with private swimming pool that offers a 360º view of the gardens and the landscaped gardens. There are three bathrooms, one equipped with double wash basins, jacuzzi bath, bidet and toilet whilst the other two have been fitted with a shower.
24 of these rooms are interconnecting. Anti-allergic rooms can be made available on request with anti-allergic pillows and duvets. 3 rooms have been adapted for disabled guests and are fitted with twin beds and wheelchairs. 35 non smoking rooms are available on request.
All of the rooms have been fitted with air-conditioning/heating, safety deposit box, flat screen satellite television, pay-tv, radio, direct dial telephone, internet access ADSL, mini bar.
Other hotel amenities include an A La Carte restaurant and several bars. The Dubbesi Restaurant is set in the inner gardens and offers traditional Sicilian and Mediterranean cuisine including freshly caught seafood along with an extensive wine list. Lighter meals are also available in the Lobby Lounge, which includes a terrace, and the ‘Enoteca del Mediterraneio’, a wine cellar offering the opportunity to taste local wines and Sicilian snacks. Additionally the Saffron Bar offers guests the chance to enjoy after-dinner entertainment, whilst the Citrus Pool bar provides light snacks during the day.
The hotel also has a Spa & Beauty centre featuring treatments and products by Daniela Steiner. The centre is also equipped with an indoor heated pool, plunge pools, saunas, jacuzzi (only available for paid treatments), a yoga studio and a state of the art gym. Within the hotel’s grounds and parkland there are two outdoor swimming pools, including one of which has been specifically designed for families and offers crèche facilities. There are also two tennis courts in the grounds of the hotel. The hotel will also happily arrange horse-riding at nearby stables and bicycles are also made available for guests to use. There is also a free shuttle service (May – September) to the Hotel’s private beach which is 10 mins drive from the hotel. The beach is operational from April - October and offers crystal clear shallow water in a private sandy bay. Services include sunbeds and unbrellas (on request - payable locally), a sea view restaurant (for luch and dinner), a bar, and sports activities for both adults and children.

The hotel is located 7km from the coastal town of Mazara del Vallo within the Province of Trapani. The town first assumed importance as a Saracen landing site in AD827 and still retains a significant African influence today. The town also formed part of the Norman administration of Sicily and both the castle and cathedral are Norman in origin.
Other towns of interest that are within easy driving distance from Mazara del Vallo include Marsala, famous for the production of sweet dessert wines, Sciacca, a thermal spa town of Greek origins, Erice, a hill-top Medieval town and the Provincial capital, Trapani, which also offers access to the Egadi Islands. Historical sites of interest include Selinunte, once the largest Greek settlement on the West coast and now a huge archaeological site and slightly further a field Segesta, which offers a Doric temple and a Hellenistic theatre.
