Villa Agave has a stunning sea front position which provides both private access to the sea and wonderful views from the extensive terraces. The villa provides, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. Located in the heart of Fontane Bianche, within the Province of Siracusa, the villa is approximately an hour’s drive from Catania airport.

Entrance to the villa is via private gates, which lead into a drive area to the rear of the villa. The main entrance to the villa is then located to one side.
Access through the front door provides access to a small hallway. The main lounge/diner is located to the rear of the villa and therefore benefits from stunning sea-views. The lounge has been furnished with three sofas and several occasional chairs. There is also a round dining-table and chairs, a television and stereo unit. Central within the lounge, there is also a working fire-place. A large set of French windows provides access to the covered veranda area and terraces located to the rear of the villa.
Entrance into the kitchen is possible from either the lounge/diner or the bedroom area. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a sink, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and a gas hob. The room is furnished with several storage units and a kitchen table and chairs, whilst an external door provides access to a small veranda area.
The bedroom area is located to the front of the villa and offers three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has been furnished with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and either a double or twin beds. The second bedroom has been furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, whilst the third bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and mosquito nets fitted to the windows.
Both bathrooms have been fitted with a bath and shower attachment, a toilet, sink and bidet.

The property is accessed via private gates and has a drive area that provides parking for several cars.
The rear of the villa overlooks the rocky coastline of Fontane Bianche and provides several terrace areas and a covered veranda, all of which provide stunning uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea. There is a gate at the bottom of the garden which provides direct access to the coastline. Although rocky, it is feasible to swim, but clearly young children will require supervision and assistance. There is also an outside shower.
The covered veranda area located immediately outside the lounge is furnished with a wicker sofa, a table and chairs, whilst the lower terrace area is furnished with sun-loungers. The veranda area located outside of the kitchen is furnished with an outside table and chairs and offers a barbeque.

The villa is located in the heart of the popular beach resort of Fontane Bianche, approximately 18km south of Siracusa. The resort offers several stretches of sandy beach, local mini-markets, ice-cream and coffee bars as well as several restaurants.
Sites of interest within the City of Siracusa include the ancient Greek Theatre, where performances are still staged during May & June and which forms part of a larger archeological park. The archeological museum has one of the best displays of archeological remains in Sicily, whilst the old cathedral located in the heart of Ortigia dates from 1728, but includes 8th century Norman artifacts.
Further afield from Siracusa, but within easy driving distance are the Baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Ispica and Ragusa Ibla. The popular resorts of Taormina, Giardini Naxos and Letojanni are located north of Catania, whilst the imposing form of Mount Etna is easily visible from Siracusa and offers numerous opportunities for excursions.
