This characteristic B&B is located on the first floor of an old Italian ‘Palazzo’, first built in the 17th century and has been in the same Sicilian noble family ever since. It is located in the heart of the Kassaro district in Central Palermo and close to many sites of interest. All of the B&B rooms have been individually and beautifully decorated and include a television, air-conditioning/heating, safety deposit box and an ensuite bathroom.

The “palazzo” belongs to a noble Sicilian family - ‘Arone di Valentino’ and has been in their family for 300 years. The entire building is a superb example of period Sicilian architecture and the interior offers wooden coffered ceilings painted with flowers, landscapes and Biblical frescoes.
The B&B has two double rooms and two suites which have been individually furnished and decorated using antique family furniture and fine materials to blend perfectly with the historical atmosphere of the building. The suites include a double bedroom and a lounge area a double sofa bed. All of the rooms include air conditioning/heating, television, safety deposit box and ensuite bathroom. Only one of the suites has a bath whilst the other rooms are fitted with showers. Breakfast is served either in the breakfast room, or can be taken in the room if required (for no additional charge).

The weekly pricing shown in the table below is based on two guests sharing a double room on bed and breakfast basis. The nightly rate for this room is £105 / €120 per night.
The price for a triple room is £130 / €150 per night on a bed and breakfast basis.
The price of a quadruple room is £156 / €180 per night on a bed and breakfast basis.
A cot is available on request for an additional charge of £9 / €10 per night.

Situated in the heart of Palermo on Corso Vittorio Emanuele (Old Kassaro), the B&B is ideally positioned for visiting all of the most famous monuments, squares and markets in the city centre, most of which are within easy walking distance. These include the famous street markets of Capo, Ballarò and Vucciria, the Museo Archeologico Regionale, arguably one of Europe’s finest archaelogical museums, Teatro Massimo, Palzzo Reale, the Cathedral and the rare and exotic gardens of Villa Garibaldi. There are of course a large number of shops and restaurants, with Via Roma and Via Maqueda providing a wide selection of both.
