This small, elegant hotel was restored and refurbished in 2005. It has been furnished in a simple, minimalist style, combining dark woods with marble floors and decorated to a high standard throughout.
The hotel offers 11 rooms in total comprising of doubles, triples or suites, all of which are spacious and benefit from over-sized windows and modern ensuite bathrooms. Some of the rooms also include a small terrace or balcony area. The “mansarda” rooms are slightly smaller than the standard double rooms and are located on the top floor (in the roof-space) and offer sky-light windows. All of the rooms have air-conditioning, mini-bar, telephone, satellite television, CD player/radio, internet connection, hairdryer and safety deposit boxes. The bathrooms have been fitted with a modern shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Only one of the rooms offers a bathroom with a bath.
The hotel includes an intimate and elegant wine bar offering an array of Sicilian and Italian wines and home-made snacks. There is also a communal lounge area.
Breakfast can be served in the breakfast bar or alternatively in your room up until 11.30 for no additional charge. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant, it does offer a full room service menu with either lunch or dinner available to be taken in the room.
There is a health and beauty centre located close to the hotel where guests can book facilities including a gym, turkish baths, beauty salon and unisex hairdressers.
The hotel also has a garden area for guests to enjoy and private parking facilities (free of charge).

Children up to 5 years old in a 3rd bed stay free of charge.

The hotel is situated in central Palermo just a short walk from Via della Libertà and the harbour. The most popular sites of the city centre are within walking distance of the hotel, including Palazzo dei Normanni, Cappella Palatina, the Museo Archeologico Regionale, arguably Europe’s finest archaelogical museum and the gardens of Villa Bordonaro. There are of course a large number of shops and restaurants, with Via Roma and Via della Libertà providing a wide selection of both.
