Villa Zecca is situated in a central location Taormina. The accommodation, which sleeps up to six people has been simply but comfortably furnished throughout. Catania airport is a 40 minute drive from the apartment whilst Mount Etna is only 15km away. The accommodation includes 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining room, kitchen, and terrace.

The property is located at the entrance to the town centre (Porta Messina) and in one of the oldest roads in Taormina. The road itself is a cul-de-sac and the apartment building is adjacent to archaeological ruins. Steep steps lead up to the front door of the property.
Entrance leads directly into the lounge/dining room which has been furnished with a sofa and arm-chair, television and table and chairs. A glass door from the lounge leads out to the terrace. A further door from the lounge leads through to the kitchen which has been fitted with a four ring gas hob, fridge/freezer and sink unit. There is also a small utility room housing the iron and ironing board. A door from the kitchen provides access to the outside terrace.
A flight of steep steps from the lounge area lead to the upper hallway. Situated off of the hallway, is the first double bedroom that has been furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, small chest of drawers and wardrobe. This room also has a small balcony.
Further along the hallway is the second bedroom which has been furnished with a single bed, desk and wardrobe. A glass door provides access to a terrace furnished with a table and chairs and overlooking the archaeological ruins. The first bathroom which has been fitted with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet is also located in this area.
On the other side of the hallway is the third bedroom which has been furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and desk. Further along the hallway there is the fourth bedroom which has been fitted with a double or twin beds, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a television. Finally there is a second bathroom which has been fitted with a bath, sink, bidet and toilet.
All of the bedrooms have been simply but comfortably furnished and have been fitted with air-conditioning, heating and a hairdryer.

The main terrace is located to the side of the property, just outside of the lounge area and has been furnished with tables and chairs. A further terrace is accessed from one of the single bedrooms on the first floor.

The town of Taormina has numerous shops, bars and restaurants many centered on Corso Umberto. There is also an ancient Greek Theatre where live concerts are often performed during the peak summer months (500m). The coastal area is called Taormina Mare and is centred on Mazzaro Bay where the cable car station is also located. The bay provides numerous private and a few public beaches. Isola Bella is a protected island that offers further beaches, whilst to the south and north of Taormina Mare are the resorts of Giardini-Naxos and Letojanni respectively.
The city of Catania along with the international airport is 45 minutes away, whilst Mount Etna dominates the skyline and is within easy reach, offering extensive walking and numerous towns with unique architecture. Slightly further a field is the city of Siracusa, with numerous historical sites of interest, whilst the Aeolian Islands are accessible from the port of Milazzo. Accommodation throughout Taormina can be subjected to the normal noise levels associated with town dwellings.
