The B&B offers simple but comfortable accommodation in a great location and is also close to the town of Noto with its famous baroque architecture. On the ground floor there is a communal lounge area with fireplace. The B&B rooms are situated on the first floor and have been simply but comfortably furnished and include air-conditioning, a television and a private bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is also a large terrace offering sea views.

The sandy coastline of Marina di Noto is located opposite the accommodation and offers both a private beach equipped with sunloungers, umbrellas, showers and a restaurant, as well as a free public beach. There are numerous other beaches along this stretch of coastline, including the protected Nature Reserve at Vendicari. There are numerous supermarkets, restaurants and shops located within the main town of Noto, which is approximately 6km away. Noto is also famous for its Baroque architecture and offers numerous sites and buildings of historical interest.
Further afield, but within easy driving distance of the B&B is the Provincial capital of Siracusa, which offers a large archaeological park complete with Greek Theatre, as well as the historical old quarter called Ortigia. The other Baroque towns of Modica, Ispica, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli are also within easy driving distance and as a group form part of a United Nations World Heritage site. The international airport at Catania is a 90 minute drive away.
