Hotel Relais Santa Anastasia is a five star hotel situated in a rural location in the heart of the Madonie mountains and a few kilometres from the historical town of Castelbuono. The hotel has been converted from an old Abbey and monastery and refurbished to an extremely high standard. It offers 28 rooms, a swimming pool, jacuzzi and solarium as well as an ‘A La Carte’ restaurant and bar. Other communal areas include a lounge, snooker room and terrace.

The hotel was completely renovated in 2002, restoring the Abbey to its former glory and has been furnished in keeping with this history. The hotel offers 29 rooms in total, comprising of 12 doubles, 7 triples, 4 deluxe doubles, 2 singles and 4 suites. All of the rooms have been furnished to an extremely high standard and offer two bathrooms, one fitted with a toilet and bidet, whilst the main bathroom is fitted with a shower and sink.
Room facilities include air-conditioning and heating, satellite television, a safety deposit box, mini-bar and direct dial telephone.
Guests have use of a large swimming pool that is open from May to September, which includes sun-loungers and umbrellas, as well as use of a jacuzzi and solarium. The hotel also offers stunning views of the imposing Madonie Mountain range.
There are two restaurants, the highly regarded “La Corte dell’ Abate” which offers an ‘A La Carte’ dinner menu, and the “Passioni e Tentazioni” offering a lunchtime menu. Both restaurants serve organic produce that is grown or reared locally, whilst the wine list includes several that are produced by the hotel. Other facilities include a bar, a large lounge, a snooker room and outside terraces and courtyards.

The nightly rate for two guests sharing a standard double room on a bed & breakfast basis is £158 / €180 per night (Off Peak), £170 / €195 per night (Mid Season) and £184 / €210 (Peak).
The nightly rate for two guests sharing a deluxe double room on a bed & breakfast basis is £184 / €210 per night (Off Peak), £192 / €220 per night (Mid Season) and £214 / €245 (Peak).
The nightly rate for two guests sharing a junior suite on a bed & breakfast basis is £200 / €230 per night (Off Peak), £218 / €250 per night (Mid Season) and £244 / €280 (Peak).
The nightly rate for two guests sharing the Grand Suite on a bed & breakfast basis is £262 / €300 per night (Off Peak), £280 / €320 per night (Mid Season) and £314 / €360 (Peak).
The supplement for half board is £32 / €36 per person, per day.
A cot can be provided for children 0 – 2 years old free of charge.
The reduction for a third bed is 30% from the per person rate.
