Hotel Villa Angela is a delightfully designed hotel located in the popular resort of Taormina Alta, overlooking Naxos Bay. The hotel is conveniently located for Catania airport, which is under one hour’s drive away, whilst the town centre and beaches of Taormina are only a few minutes away by shuttle bus. The hotel offers double rooms, Junior Suites and Suites, a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. The hotel offers deluxe double rooms and two suites. The Leonardo da Vinci Garden Suite & The Etna Suite.
The rooms have all been tastefully furnished with cast iron beds and chestnut furnishings. Non smoking rooms and disabled access rooms are also available on request. The rooms are located over three floors; "Ionio", "Mediterraneo" and "Tirreno".
The services at the hotel include a large communal sun terrace and an outdoor swimming pool. A buffet style breakfast is included in the price. The restaurant offers an A la Carte menu for lunch and dinner and is available on request and is payable locally.
Tennis courts, beach volley-ball, golf, horse riding and water sports including, diving, wind surfing and fishing are all conveniently located to the hotel.
The hotel offers a free shuttle service that runs between the hotel, the beach and the town centre. Local trips and excursions to places of interest can also be organised.
Hotel Villa Angela was created through the partnership of the current by owner Antonio Chemi and Jim Kerr (the lead singer of Simple Minds). The hotel has been designed to offer both style and comfort whilst maintaining Sicilian warmth and hospitality.

The weekly pricing shown in the table below is based on two guests sharing a deluxe double room on a bed & breakfast basis.
The nightly rate for two guests sharing a deluxe double room on a bed and breakfast basis is £174 / €200 per night (Off Peak) and £210 / €240 per night (Peak).
The price for two guests sharing the Leonardo da Vinci Garden Suite or for up to three guests sharing the Etna Suite on a bed and breakfast basis is £328 / €375 per night (Off Peak) and £392 / €450 per night (Peak).
The child discounts are as follows:
Children 0 – 3 years old stay free of charge.
Children 4 – 12 years old are entitled to a 50% discount on the per person rate.

The hotel is situated in Taormina Alta.
The town of Taormina has numerous shops, bars and restaurants many centered on Corso Umberto. There is also an ancient Greek Theatre where live concerts are often performed during the peak summer months. The coastal area of Taormina Mare has many public and private beaches including Mazzaro Bay where the cable car station is located, Isola Bella, which is a protected island and the beach resort of Giardini-Naxos.
