Antico Feudo San Giorgio is a working farm set in a stunning, tranquil, rural setting within the hills of ˝Le Madonie˝ in the province of Palermo. The building orginates from the 19th century and has been completely renovated and restructured. The farm offers s/c apartments, suites and double rooms. The communal areas include a swimming pool, lounge and bar area, internal courtyard, restaurant and a small childrens farm area.

The agriturismo is owned by the Fatta della Fratta family and is still operative producing organic fruit and vegetables.
The farm is located within easy driving distance from both Catania and Palermo airports.

The apartments include a kitchenette with two-ring electric hob, fridge/freezer and sink unit. A small table-top oven can be provided on request.

Please be aware that swimming hats must be worn in the pool. These can be provided at a cost of 3 each from reception.

The weekly pricing shown in the table below is based on two guests sharing a double room on a bed and breakfast basis.

Rooms
The nightly rate for two guests sharing a double room on a bed and breakfast basis is £70 / 80 per night (Off Peak), £80 / 90 per night (Mid Season) and £88 / 100 per night (Peak).
A 3rd bed can be provided in these rooms at an additional charge. A cot can also be provided at an additional charge of 10-15 (subject to period) payable locally.
Suites
The nightly rate for Suites 6, 7 and 8 based on two guests sharing is £88 / 100 per night (Off Peak) and £122 / 140 per night (Mid Season & Peak). These suites can sleep up to four guests. Two additional guests can be accommodated on sofa beds at an additional supplement.
The nightly rate for Suite 9 based on up to six guests sharing is £110 / 125 per night (Off Peak) and £148 / 170 per night (Mid Season & Peak). This suite can sleep up to 8 guests. Two additional guests can be accommodated on sofa beds at an additional supplement.
The nightly rate for Suite 1 based on up to four guests sharing is £100 / 115 per night (Off Peak) and £140 / 160 per night (Mid Season & Peak). This suite can sleep up to 6 guests. Two additional guests can be accommodated on sofa beds at an additional supplement.
S/C apartments
The nightly rate for one of the self catering apartments based on up to 4 guests sharing is £110 / 125 per night (Off Peak) and £148 / 170 per night (Mid Season & Peak). Two additional guests can be accommodated on sofa beds at an additional supplement.

The weekly rate for Suites 6, 7 & 8 based on two guests sharing is £480 / 550 per week (Off Peak) and £670 / 770 per week (Mid Season & Peak). Additional beds are charged at £44 per person, per week.
The weekly rate for Suite 1 based on up to four guests sharing is £566 / 650 per week (Off Peak) and £958 / 1100 per week (Mid Season & Peak). Additional beds are charged at £44 / 50 per person, per week.
The weekly rate for Suite 9 based on up to six guests sharing on is £654 / 750 per week (Off Peak) and £958 / 1100 per week (Mid Season & Peak). Additional beds are charged at £40 per person, per week.
S/C apartments
The weekly rate for one of the self catering apartments 2,3,4 and 5 based on up to 4 guests sharing is £654 / 750 per week (Off Peak) and £958 / 1100 per week (Mid Season & Peak). A 3rd & 4th bed can be provided in these rooms at an additional charge of £44 / 50 per person, per week.
Prices for the self catering apartments include a maximum of 6 hours heating per day (if required) but do not include a final clean which is charged at 5 per person and is payable locally.
Breakfast is only included for the B&B rooms. This service is also available fro Suites and Apartments on request. The breakfast supplement is 4 per person, per day, payable locally.
Lunch and Dinner are charged at a supplement of 22 excluding drinks payable locally.
Children 0 1 stay free of charge (when sharing a bed with an adult)
Children 2 5 are entitled to a 50% discount
Children 6 10 are entitled to a 30% discount

The farm is situated in a remote setting amongst the mountain range of the Parco Naturale delle Madonie in the province of Palermo. It is situated 100km from Palermo and 120km from Catania, so convenient for both international airports. The nearest towns are Castellana Sicula, which is 12km away and Polizzi Generosa, which is 15km away. The farm itself is located at the end of a private track of approximately 3km. The medieval village of Petralia Soprana is also within easy driving distance, whilst the coastal resort of Cefalω is 45km away.
