The hotel has been created from a 17th Century Sicilian manor house and features 17 rooms, a swimming pool, restaurant and a small children’s play area.

Hotel Lady Lusya has been skilfully restored from an original 17th Century manor house that is located in a rural area amongst several acres of lemon groves.
The hotel features a dining and lounge area on the ground floor of the main house, whilst 7 bedrooms are located on the first floor, of which 2 are suites. A further 12 bedrooms are then located outside of the main building utilising outbuildings that have also been converted.
All of the rooms include: air-conditioning, mini-bar. television, safety deposit box, hair dryer, telephone
and internet access.
There is also a large private swimming pool with a shallow area that is ideal for children under supervision and a small childrens play area.
Horse riding can be arranged at a nearby stable. Within the near vicinity of the hotel, the ‘Cava Grande di Cassibile’ provides an excellent area for walking.

The weekly pricing shown in the table below are based on two guests sharing a double room on a bed & breakfast basis.
The nightly rate for two guests sharing a double room is £94 / €106 (Off Peak), £114 / €130 per night (Mid Season) and £140 / €160 per night (Peak).
The price of a Junior Suite based on two adults sharing on a bed and breakfast basis is £138 / €158 per night (Off Peak), £164 / €188 per night (Mid Season) and £192 / €220 per night (Peak).
The supplement for half board is £27 / €30 per person, per night, whilst full board is £44 / €50 per person, per night.
For supplement for a third bed (adults) is £33 / €38 per night (Off Peak), £40 / €45 per night (Mid Season) and £51 / €58 per night (Peak).
For supplement for a fourth bed (adults) is £25 / €28 per night (Off Peak), £29 / €33 per night (Mid Season) and £35 / €40 per night (Peak).

The hotel is located approximately 12km from the Provincial town of Siracusa, which includes the historical old quarter of Ortigia. The small town of Cassibile is only 4km away and offers some restaurants and shops. The popular beach resort of Fontane Bianche is only 8km away and offers both a private sandy beach with services and several free sandy beaches. There are also a number of mini-markets and shops in Fontane Bianche including one of the most infamous ice-cream / granita bars in the area.
